On a new episode of Sacha Baron Cohen’s TV series Who is America? Roy Moore, the Republican whose bid for U.S. Senate failed last year, was outraged by his segment on the show. Cohen delved into allegations from decades ago that suggested that Moore sexually harassed multiple women, including some who were minors. Moore may sue.
CBS is keeping CEO Leslie Moonves, who was accused of sexual misconduct in a New Yorker article on Friday, pending the outcome of an investigation. Ronan Farrow, the son of Woody Allen and winner of a Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on Harvey Weinstein’s sexual assault history, interviewed six women who alleged that Moonves sexually harassed them between the 1980s and the late 2000s.
Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) spokesman Brad Ross hinted on Twitter yesterday that Actor Seth Rogen may be the new voice of the Toronto public transit system. “What is fellow Canadian and public transit user @Sethrogen doing posing for a selfie with me — in a TTC Bloor-Yonge ball cap, no less? Stay tuned!” Ross tweeted.
The Peel Interfaith Peace Camp teaches kids about the traditions, cultures and beliefs that Jews, Muslims and Christians have in common. The program was for children ages seven to 11 and ran from July 23 to 26. Each day, the campers learned about a religion and visited a new place of worship.
