Baycrest BRAVO Study
Can volunteering help with healthy aging? Baycrest is conducting a research study to measure the effect of doing volunteer work on the cognitive, physical and emotional health  of retired volunteers. Individuals aged 55 or older, not working and not in another formal volunteer  position (informal volunteer roles such as family care-giving are OK) and willing to contribute three volunteer hours per week at Baycrest over a 12-month period are invited to participate.
