A Long-Awaited Return, feat. Jody Avirgan

The Menschwarmers return from a lengthy hiatus with all the news they missed in the Jewish sports world.

Did we miss anything? The Menschwarmers are back in full swing, after a 10-month hiatus (and the closure, then revival, of The CJN). Jody Avirgan, the former host of ESPN’s 30 for 30 podcast and a current host of This Day In Esoteric Political History—as well as an avid ultimate disc tosser—joins Jamie and Gabe in the first show of, uh, we’ll call this Season 2. Sure. Why not.

Menschwarmers is hosted by Gabe Pulver and Jamie Hirsh, and produced and edited by Michael Fraiman. Our music is “Brass” by 4bstr4ck3r feat. Daman. You can follow the Menschwarmers on Twitter and follow The CJN Podcast Network on Facebook, or follow Jody on Twitter.

Support the Media that Speaks to You

Jewish Canadians deserve more than social media rumours, adversarial action alerts, and reporting with biases that are often undisclosed. The Canadian Jewish News proudly offers independent national coverage on issues that impact our audience each day, as a conduit for conversations that bridge generations.

It’s an outlet you can count on—but we’re also counting on you.

Please support Jewish journalism that’s creative, innovative, and dedicated to breaking new ground to serve your community, while building on media traditions of the past 65 years. As a Registered Journalism Organization, contributions of any size are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
