WATCH: People try to pronounce Yiddish words, and fail

BuzzFeed's

BuzzFeed has had a lot of fun at the Jewish people’s expense.

Over the last year, the trendy pop culture magazine produced several viral videos showcasing the world's fascination with our tribe, from non-Jews taking “the Jewish food taste test”  to “11 things Jewish friends just get” to “Americans try out Israeli snacks.” That last one in particular is pretty hilarious – how have people never heard of Bamba before?

Last night, “in honour of the Jewish New Year,” the site unveiled its latest Hebrew-themed video with “People try to define Yiddish words,” where young adults of various ethnicities try to pronounce words you’ve all likely heard your grandparents – or the dudes from YidLife Crisis – say, from verklempt to shmegege to schtup.

The only word anyone seemed to recognize is tuches.
