Presenting: The World According to Jeff Goldblum

During his Fan Expo Canada appearance this summer, Jeff Goldblum's fans were treated to a taste of his Disney+ original series The World According to Jeff Goldblum.

Among the film and television celebrities who came to Toronto this summer, actor and musician Jeff Goldblum treated his fans to an appearance at Fan Expo Canada. While on stage for his brief appearance, Goldblum, who leans more to the jazzier side of music when he performs with Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer, certainly got a kick out of conducting the Fan Expo Canada audience in a traditional rendition of “O Canada.” While he gushed about his wife, Canadian Olympic gymnast Emilie Livingston, and his children, Goldblum was really excited to meet his fans and tell everyone about his upcoming series, The World According to Jeff Goldblum which launches Nov. 12 on the Disney+ streaming service.

Goldblum, who was born in Pittsburgh and attended Orthodox services throughout his childhood, made his film debut in the 1974 Charles Bronson film Death Wish, and his first lead role was in David Cronenberg’s The Fly in 1986. Blockbuster roles followed soon after in Jurassic Park and then Independence Day alongside Will Smith. Goldblum reprised his Independence Day role alongside Liam Hemsworth in the sequel and it was just announced that he is to return to the Jurassic Park franchise alongside original cast members Sam Neil and Laura Dern. His roles in films like Invasion of the Body Snatchers, The Big Chill, The Grand Budapest Hotel and as the Grandmaster in Thor Ragnarok have kept him well ensconced in the genre of Sci-fi and fantasy.

Like Ripley’s Believe it or Not and perhaps a bit like William Shatner’s Unxplained, The World According to Jeff Goldblum, will follow Goldblum in his travels around North America. He’ll be uncovering the mysteries behind the origins of ice cream, hot sauce and perhaps even tales of the supernatural. You’ve now been invited along for the ride to as Golblum says “taste it and enjoy”.
