Canada to be well represented at “Jewish Olympics:” A sizeable Canadian delegation is amping up for this summer’s Maccabiah Games.

Sexual assault at Bathurst/Steeles: Toronto police are on the lookout for a man dressed in full ultra-Orthodox garb who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in the Bathurst Street and Steeles Avenue West area.

Israeli-Palestinian love story disallowed in schools: This Israeli novelist’s latest book was denied from the Israeli school curriculum, reportedly for promoting intermarriage. The author believes that this is not the actual reason.

J Street founder running for Congress: One of the founders of the liberal Jewish Middle East lobby J Street has announced he’s running for Congress.

“Free Palestine” clothes prevail: Amazon (including Amazon.ca)  has continued to sell a clothing line calling to “Free Palestine,” after Sears and Walmart removed similar items from their American websites.

Former rocker’s got no love for Linda Sarsour: Courtney Love tweeted “You’re a vile disgrace to women and all mankind” at the Palestinian American activist , and reportedly called Sarsour”an anti-Semitic fear mongering liar” and “a rat.”
