Well-known political and demographic observer Jack Jedwab discusses the controversial Charter of Quebec Values, also known as Bill 60, 10 a.m., Congregation Dorshei Emet. From 1994-1998, Jedwab was executive director of the Quebec branch of Canadian Jewish Congress and has written extensively for national media, as well as in books and scholarly journals, on issues of multiculturalism, human rights and minorities.
