The Canadian Jewish News, Canada’s largest independent Jewish Community news organization is seeking a full time, sales representative.
General Summary
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by personally contacting and selling a suite of digital and print products to new and existing customers. As a sales representative, you will work directly within a sales team environment.
Qualifications:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in advertising sales with particular emphasis on print
and digital media.
• Possession of a post-secondary degree, preferable in a media related discipline.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for
customers (consultative sales approach).
• Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within
a team environment.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must dress professionally.
