AZA’S 60TH
B’nai Brith Canada-Quebec recently held a 60th reunion of its Mount Scopus No. 762 AZA chapter, all teens during the 1950s, at Ruby Foo’s to remember old times and renew friendships. The 40 or so alumni  hailed from Switzerland, Florida, New York, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
Barbara Solomon, an active community volunteer for many years, is new president of Cummings Jewish Centre for Seniors, succeeding Harvey Charlap… Mount Sinai Hospital president Elliot Bier and executive director Michel Amar were at the National Assembly recently to present Health Minister Yves Bolduc with its Hospital Centennial Medallion.
