While no Jewish baseball fan is looking forward to waking up at 5 a.m. to watch Team Israel compete at the Tokyo Olympics, every Jewish baseball fan is still rooting hard. This marks the first year Israel has managed to assemble an Olympic baseball team at all—but with some all-star MLB talent and promising newcomers, they may truly have a shot at the gold.
